The Opportunity
As a Commercial Lead, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-value contracts on the Hinkley Point C project, supporting our journey towards An Electric Britain. You’ll lead a team of up to 10, driving commercial strategies and ensuring successful delivery of critical site installation works. You’ll gain exposure to complex contract management, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation – all while developing your leadership skills. Who You Are
We’re looking for a Commercial Lead who thrives on accountability and teamwork. To be shortlisted, you need to offer:
- Effective commercial and contract management skills
- Extensive experience managing commercial teams and administering major contracts
- Membership of RICS, CICES, IOB, CIPS or equivalent professional body
- Degree-level education
- Experience with NEC and FIDIC contracts within the power construction industry
- Understanding of UK law, nuclear site licence conditions, and regulatory frameworks

- Leading a commercial team to manage a portfolio of contracts
- Driving procurement and execution phases to align with project schedules
