Le VIE soutiendra les ingénieurs de l’équipe de conception. Son rôle consistera à aider à la résolution des questions techniques posées par l’entrepreneur principal des travaux de génie civil, ainsi qu'à contribuer à des activités transverses moins techniques. Il sera formé et encadré par les ingénieurs afin d’apprendre et de se familiariser avec les différentes activités gérées par le département de conception civile, incluant une large gamme de problématiques techniques. Il participera au traitement de diverses tâches en assurant un rôle de soutien (petites missions pour appuyer l’équipe). Il restera toujours sous la supervision d’un ingénieur principal.
Responsabilités
- Aider à surveiller et garantir la qualité des modifications apportées au dossier de conception.
- Participer aux activités de surveillance pour maintenir des standards élevés.
- Contribuer à la production et à la mise à jour des livrables impactés.
- Veiller à ce que tous les livrables respectent les standards de qualité et de quantité requis.
- Assister l’équipe civile dans divers besoins, incluant les aspects de production, techniques et qualité.
- Soutenir les interactions avec le client (projet et client intelligent) pour assurer l’alignement et la satisfaction du projet.
- Aider aux échanges avec le back-office concernant les interfaces de conception civile.
- Faciliter la communication au sein de l’équipe JDO et avec les autres disciplines pour soutenir le projet global.
- S’engager dans des opportunités d’apprentissage pour comprendre les processus et standards du génie civil.
- Participer aux réunions d’équipe et aux sessions de formation pour développer ses compétences et connaissances.
Ces responsabilités permettront au VIE d’acquérir une compréhension approfondie des pratiques en génie civil et en gestion de projet, tout en apportant un soutien précieux à l’ingénieur civil JDO et à son équipe.
Profil général et technique attendu
- Ingénieur civil avec des connaissances en conception de bâtiments, et une expérience sur des sujets à l’interface entre la conception et la construction.
- Connaissance du code ETC-C et des exigences de sûreté recommandée pour répondre aux demandes.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de conception 2D et 3D.
- Expérience dans un environnement multiculturel.
- Connaissance du projet HPC ou de l’EPR et des études/doctrines associées constitue un véritable atout.
