L'opportunité
Le groupe EDF est sur le point de marquer l'histoire avec le plus grand investissement mondial dans la technologie EPR2.
Alors que nous faisons progresser le projet HPC au Royaume-Uni, la France est prête à montrer la voie avec la construction de six réacteurs de pointe à Penly, Gravelines et Bugey dans les années à venir.
Grâce à notre initiative Project Bridge, nous favorisons les transferts de compétences internationaux entre le Royaume-Uni et la France.
Le programme VIE offre une opportunité unique pour des techniciens récemment diplômés de rejoindre le plus grand site en construction d’Europe et d’acquérir les compétences nécessaires pour nous aider à la construction des EPR2 en France.
Vous serez immergé. e sur le projet HPC pour 1 an, directement sur site ou dans nos bureaux localisés sur Bridgwater ou Bristol.
Après cette année, l’objectif est de vous offrir une opportunité de rejoindre EDF en France sur le projet EPR2 de Penly ou de Gravelines.
Il s’agit donc d’une opportunité unique de faire partie d’un programme vous permettant de développer des compétences que vous pourrez transposer sur les projets EPR2.

HPC est le site de construction de 2 réacteurs nucléaires, les premiers d'une nouvelle génération de centrales nucléaires au Royaume-Uni, qui fournira de l'électricité bas carbone à environ six millions de foyers !

Vos missions
Le/La VIE rejoindra l'équipe NI NSSS et assistera le Project Manager dans le pilotage de lots de travaux du projet HPC, de leur préparation jusqu'à leur livraison. À ce titre, il/elle sera amené(e) à :
- Contribuer au pilotage des activités de construction afin de garantir le respect des exigences de sécurité, de qualité, de coûts et de délais.
- Coordonner les échanges avec les équipes projet, les fournisseurs et les différentes parties prenantes pour assurer le bon avancement des activités.
- Participer au suivi quotidien des travaux sur site, identifier les points bloquants et contribuer à leur résolution.
- Assurer le suivi des plannings, des indicateurs et des outils de pilotage du projet.
- Préparer les reportings et contribuer à la communication entre les différents intervenants.
- Participer à l'amélioration des méthodes de gestion de projet et veiller au respect des procédures et exigences du programme.
- Rémunération, avantages et culture
Votre salaire est déterminé par Business France.
- Vous bénéficierez d'une allocation de logement (loyer + taxe d'habitation) jusqu'à £1,050 par mois.
- Vos frais de déplacement pour commencer et terminer votre contrat (vols uniquement) sont couverts ainsi que vos frais de VISA.

Qui recherchons-nous ?
- Diplôme + critères de sélection
- Profil recherché
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme Bac+5 en génie civil, génie mécanique, génie industriel ou en gestion de projet à dominante technique.
- Vous disposez d'un niveau d'anglais B2 minimum, vous permettant d'évoluer dans un environnement international.
- Compétences attendues
- Solides capacités d'organisation, d'analyse et de coordination.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle et à prioriser les activités.
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, notamment Excel.
- Bon relationnel et aptitude à travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
- Esprit d'initiative, rigueur et sens des responsabilités.
