Job Responsibilities


β–  Administration of the team shifts Rota using company IT Software.
β–  Assist in supervising that manning levels are met for all duties and ad-hoc requirements.
β–  Administration of sickness and other absences inline with company policies.
β–  Assistance in disciplinary matters, such as note taking.
β–  Administration of contractual compliance, providing data to evidence KPI compliance as
required.
β–  Calculation of site specific benefits including payroll checks.
β–  Adhering to and improving administration processes and procedures.
β–  Maintenance and updates of Project plans and trackers.
β–  Supporting the Operations Support team and wider project team with ad hoc projects as
required.
β–  Coordination of mailbox and prioritising replies.
β–  General Administration support.

Skills and Competence


β–  General Administration support.
β–  Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and adapt to a changing environment
β–  Strong interpersonal skills – building trust and support
β–  Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
β–  Competent IT skills, proficient in Google Suite.
β–  Adherence to company policies and operating procedures.
β–  Desirable: scheduling or rota management experience.

Profile


Educational Requirements/Qualifications


β–  Proficient in Maths, English and IT.
Preferred Experience
β–  Experience of working within a busy office environment
β–  HR, Sickness and Absence Management knowledge
β–  Knowledge of employee Investigations and Disciplinary hearings in the Commercial Sector

β–  Good liaison abilities
β–  Identifying customer needs during service delivery
