Job Responsibilities
β Administration of the team shifts Rota using company IT Software.
β Assist in supervising that manning levels are met for all duties and ad-hoc requirements.
β Administration of sickness and other absences inline with company policies.
β Assistance in disciplinary matters, such as note taking.
β Administration of contractual compliance, providing data to evidence KPI compliance as
required.
β Calculation of site specific benefits including payroll checks.
β Adhering to and improving administration processes and procedures.
β Maintenance and updates of Project plans and trackers.
β Supporting the Operations Support team and wider project team with ad hoc projects as
required.
β Coordination of mailbox and prioritising replies.
β General Administration support.

β General Administration support.
β Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and adapt to a changing environment

β Excellent communication skills β written and oral.
β Competent IT skills, proficient in Google Suite.
β Adherence to company policies and operating procedures.
β Desirable: scheduling or rota management experience.
Profile
Educational Requirements/Qualifications
β Proficient in Maths, English and IT.
Preferred Experience
β Experience of working within a busy office environment
β HR, Sickness and Absence Management knowledge
β Knowledge of employee Investigations and Disciplinary hearings in the Commercial Sector
