The Sizewell C Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.

As part of the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), you will support the building of Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years. This role will be within the CWA Wide Section.

What will you do?

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate seamless onboarding for new starters, including vetting, international transfers, and IT access. Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, hiring managers, and recruiters. Manage end-to-end offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
  • HR Operations: Prepare and proofread HR documents (contracts, offer letters, policy communications). Resolve employee queries on payroll, benefits, and systems, escalating complex issues as needed. Organize employee engagement activities (team events, well-being initiatives, recognition programs).
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, ensuring compliance and reporting accuracy.
  • Project Support: Contribute to HR initiatives (e.g., improving international transfer processes). Cover for team members during absences to maintain service continuity.
