The Opportunity
As Senior Manager of EBS Marketing within the Strategy and Performance team, you\’ll lead a small team of five or six marketing experts. You\’ll be responsible for developing and delivering strategic marketing plans across each of our business lines. This includes leading on partner engagement, digital marketing (including direct digital acquisition), promotional content, and enabling the wider EBS team with the tools and insights needed to drive engagement, customer education, and overall business growth and retention.

What You\’ll Be Doing
You will be leading a team developing multi-channel marketing strategies that align with business goals, the competitive landscape, and audience segmentation. Enhancing the customer journey on the EBS website through SEO, content, design, analytics, and insights will be a key focus. You\’ll lead overall brand positioning and define the tone of voice for all external marketing activities. Identifying the most effective channels and strategies for customer retention and growth marketing will be essential, alongside ensuring your team has the tools and systems, reporting, analytics, and actionable insights needed to make fast, data-driven decisions that optimise performance.

You\’ll collaborate closely with the EBS Executive team to establish robust KPIs, ensuring alignment with commercial and customer experience objectives. Additionally, you will work day-to-day with market teams to refine channel strategies and partner with the technical team to drive a prioritised pipeline of digital journey improvements.
