As Senior Brand and Advocacy Manager, you’ll lead the direction of EDF’s brand positioning and advocacy strategy. You’ll shape how we show up in the market, building trust, preference and pride through campaigns that drive reputation, engagement and growth, supporting our journey towards An Electric Britain.
This is a hybrid role, flexible on location, with regular travel to our London and Hove offices, giving you the freedom to balance where you work with meaningful face‑to‑face collaboration. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll oversee brand media, creative and production budgets, guide integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned and shared channels, and lead a high‑performing team – all while driving measurable impact and long‑term brand advocacy.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in brand strategy, media planning, positioning and advocacy within a complex organisation and evolving landscape
- Strong understanding of social, influencer marketing, PR integration and multi‑channel campaign management
- Expertise in brand governance and performance measurement, including ability to drive outcome‑driven campaigns
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills up to board level
- Leadership experience managing high‑performing teams
- Commercial acumen with experience managing significant budgets
- Creative judgement that drives brand distinctiveness and effectiveness
What You’ll Be Doing
- Defining and evolving EDF’s brand positioning, ensuring consistency, credibility and differentiation
- Developing and delivering long‑term brand advocacy strategies and annual advertising plans
- Leading integrated campaigns across media channels to maximise reach, engagement and ROI
- Managing agency partners and budgets to ensure effective delivery and performance
- Collaborating across marketing, PR and business teams to embed brand thinking in key decisions
