The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Data & Insight Manager to help drive our Collections strategy forward. If you are passionate about data, transformation, and leading high-performing teams, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
You’ll join us on a salary of circa £56,400 (DOE) per annum, with the potential for an annual bonus. This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home alongside attending our Exeter office on a weekly basis.

- Proven track record in leading, motivating, and coaching high-performing data and operations teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective influence at all organizational levels.
- Resilient and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments and guiding teams confidently through change.
- Deep expertise in data engineering, data science, and automation best practices.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, PowerApps, Python, and AWS.
- Skilled at delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure, ensuring both performance and compliance.
- Knowledge of the energy industry and its regulatory landscape.
- Supported by a degree-level qualification or equivalent practical experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to stakeholders, including Finance, Regulators, and C-level leaders.
- Own and manage over 20 self-service reporting applications, ensuring accessibility and efficiency across the business.
- Lead transformation initiatives in automation, process improvement, and advanced analytics.
- Drive operational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across a portfolio of more than 700,000 accounts.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, customer-centricity, and technical excellence at the heart of your leadership.
