We’re hiring a strategic Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery of the ServiceNow platform, with particular accountability for the enterprise products and capabilities supporting IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM). This role is responsible for maximising the value delivered through the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it remains a modern, scalable and secure foundation for Enterprise IT services. You’ll own the strategic direction and lifecycle management of the platform, driving the adoption and optimisation of capabilities including ITOM, ITAM, automation, workflow digitisation, reporting and AI-enabled services.

Sitting within our Enterprise IT function, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders (up to and including Heads of Function) to define product strategy, roadmaps and investment priorities that deliver measurable business value. You’ll collaborate with delivery teams, cyber security, architects, service management and infrastructure teams to ensure platform capabilities are aligned with business needs, technology standards and long-term enterprise objectives.

A natural leader, you’ll manage a team of Enterprise Product Owners and Solution Architects, ensuring portfolio priorities are translated into actionable backlogs and customer-focused outcomes. You’ll also oversee dependencies across the ServiceNow ecosystem, driving alignment, governance and continuous improvement across the platform.

You’ll join us on a salary starting from £70,000 per annum (depending on experience), with the potential for an annual bonus. This is a hybrid working role, that balances time at home and on site to support collaboration and delivery. There will therefore be occasional travel to our offices within the UK.

We’re looking for a strategic and customer-focused IT Product Manager with proven experience managing enterprise technology platforms and delivering business outcomes through digital products and services. You’ll bring strong product management expertise combined with experience of the ServiceNow platform, ideally within IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management, IT Service Management or Enterprise Technology environments. You’ll understand how to balance customer needs, business priorities, platform governance and technical considerations within a complex enterprise landscape.

You’ll thrive in a stakeholder-rich environment, engaging confidently with peers, senior leaders, suppliers and business functions to build consensus, influence strategic decisions and drive organisational change. Your ability to communicate a compelling product vision and align diverse teams around shared outcomes will be critical to success.

You’re a collaborative and decisive leader with experience defining product strategies, shaping roadmaps, prioritising investment and driving value realisation. You’ll have a track record of leading high-performing product teams and creating a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and accountability.

If you’re passionate about shaping the future of enterprise technology through ServiceNow, driving platform innovation and delivering measurable value through ITOM and ITAM capabilities, we’d love to hear from you.

To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Clearance (SC), which will ordinarily require you to have British residency for the last five years.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management of the ServiceNow platform and associated ITOM and ITAM products.
  • Act as the technology product leader for ServiceNow, ensuring the platform delivers maximum business value, operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Define and communicate a clear platform vision, balancing business outcomes, technical debt, innovation and operational excellence.
  • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of ServiceNow capabilities including IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), workflow automation, reporting and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Establish and maintain platform governance, standards and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, security and compliance.
  • Lead the evolution of ITOM capabilities, including service visibility, discovery, service mapping, event management, operational resilience and proactive operations.
  • Lead the maturity of ITAM capabilities, including hardware asset management, software asset management, lifecycle management, compliance and optimisation.
  • Manage relationships with ServiceNow, strategic suppliers and delivery partners, influencing product direction and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
  • Lead and coach Product Owners & Solution Architects, while collaborating with Delivery Managers and Service Management teams.
  • Develop lean business cases and investment proposals, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Technology strategy and portfolio governance.
  • Manage platform budgets, licensing, consumption and commercial performance to maximise return on investment.
  • Define and track platform success measures, including OKRs, adoption metrics, customer satisfaction, operational performance and value realisation.
  • Engage regularly with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, influence decision-making and shape future platform investments.
