Our HR Apprenticeship is one of the most exciting HR apprenticeship opportunities in the UK. We are offering a starting salary of circa £25,000 per annum and the chance to achieve a Level 5 HR Consultancy Apprenticeship and a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management. This 24‑month programme combines practical experience with structured learning, giving you insight into HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. Your training will be delivered remotely by Avado Learning, alongside on‑the‑job experience at EDF locations. You’ll play a part in EDF’s mission to drive the transition towards an Electric Britain.
You’ll be based at Sizewell B Power Station with remote learning provided by Avado Learning. Travel between locations may be required, giving you exposure to different teams and projects across EDF.

To be eligible for this EDF apprenticeship programme, you need a minimum of five GCSEs at grade C/4 or above (including Maths and English), plus two A‑Levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification. Our Assessment Centre will take place virtually on Tuesday 14th April 2026. You’ll bring curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people succeed.
