    • Contribute to backlog refinement: translate user needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria; estimate, sequence and deliver aligned to sprint goals.
    • Own quality for your changes: build test plans, peer review, and, where applicable, introduce automation for flows/components.

    Security, Compliance & Operations

    • Apply security and governance controls (DLP, environment strategy, permissions, data retention and information protection labels) and support audit readiness.
    • Release safely via established change processes; prepare rollback plans and deployment checklists.
    • Monitor and support live solutions, analyse incidents and implement preventative improvements.

    Collaboration & Ways of Working

Work within a cross-functional Agile team, actively contributing to ceremonies and continuous improvement; mentor juniors informally through pairing and reviews. Engage stakeholders to validate needs, demo increments, and drive adoption through clear guidance and enablement materials.
