Energy Specialist – EDF (UK)
Hybrid role based in our Doxford office. You’ll attend the office full time for your first four weeks of training before moving to a hybrid working pattern (2‑3 days a week in the office). Full‑time or part‑time options are available, with part‑time minimum 24 hours.
Salary starting at £25,719 per annum, with potential for a 3% annual bonus and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support customers by phone and digital channels, listening to understand their needs and working with them to find the best outcome
- Take ownership of each customer journey, resolve queries from start to finish and keep customers informed throughout
- Use training to confidently handle a wide range of topics, including billing, tariffs, energy usage and account changes
- Spot opportunities to simplify processes or improve the customer experience, sharing ideas that help us do things better
- Work as part of a high‑performing team, supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive, inclusive culture
