As Advanced Settlements Manager, you’ll lead a specialist team at the heart of our metering and settlements operation, ensuring accurate, compliant and efficient performance across an advanced metering portfolio. Your work will protect value, improve customer outcomes and support EDF’s journey towards An Electric Britain.
Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this is a hybrid role with ad hoc travel to our Exeter and London offices, while working from home the remainder of the time. Who You Are
- Proven experience in the UK energy market, ideally within settlements, smart metering or a similar back‑office environment
- Strong understanding of the BSC, settlement processes and industry data flows
- Experience managing teams and driving operational performance through data insight and process re‑engineering
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and root‑cause investigation skills
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a high‑performing team responsible for advanced settlement performance
- Owning advanced settlement KPIs and improving performance across settlement runs and data flows
- Acting as a key point of contact with industry bodies, including Elexon
- Driving automation, efficiency and continuous improvement across settlement processes
- Using insight to reduce financial exposure and improve customer outcomes
