Responsibilities:
- Managing commercial activities within large, complex infrastructure or engineering projects
- Administering NEC3 PSC contracts, including management of compensation events
- Contract performance, risk management, and change control processes
- Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multidisciplinary environments
- Making sound commercial decisions involving significant financial value
- Leading or supporting commercial teams and driving high standards of delivery
- Using IT systems such as MS Excel and SAP to manage and analyse commercial data
- French – oral and writing proficiency, with a keen desire to achieve business-level proficiency prior to relocating to France
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing commercial aspects of defined scope areas within the Responsible Designer contract
- Acting as the key commercial interface for project and engineering stakeholders
- Leading contract management activities, including compensation events and change control
- Building collaborative relationships with supply chain partners to drive value and performance
- Supporting reporting, governance, and contract close-out in line with HPC procedures
