The Sales & Marketing team is the growth engine of our Retail business. We blend deep customer insight with bold innovation to drive acquisition, retention, and value creation. From shaping compelling propositions to delivering targeted campaigns, we empower customers to save money and carbon – while helping EDF lead the transition to an Electric Britain.
As the Propositions & Experience Lead you will design and deliver customer-first propositions that transform EDF’s energy experience at the Moments That Matter. This role ensures every proposition is bold, simple and advocacy-driving, while embedding agile ways of working that keep delivery customer-centric and outcomes-focused.
Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home and attend our #Hove office at least two days per month. We’ll support you with the tools and collaboration you need to succeed.

- Define seamless end-to-end customer journeys and champion design principles for positive experiences
- Collaborate across teams to embed propositions and ensure consistent experiences
- Oversee proposition trials and pilots, capturing feedback for continuous improvement
Who You Are
We’re looking for a Propositions and Experience Lead who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring people together to deliver meaningful change. To be shortlisted, you need to offer:
- Experience in proposition design, customer experience, or product management – ideally in energy or a similar regulated industry
- Proven experience designing and delivering loyalty campaigns or customer engagement programmes with measurable impact
- Strong understanding of customer insight tools, service design, and journey mapping
- Ability to lead projects from concept to delivery, including planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution
- Skilled at communicating with senior stakeholders and presenting complex ideas clearly
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation to influence decisions
