Station Guide – EDF UK

Deliver engaging presentations and site tours at Hartlepool Power Station, acting as the face and voice of EDF in the public, business and educational sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead tours lasting approximately 2 hours, walking groups around the station.
  • Represent EDF at external events and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support educational groups through centre activities and promote EDF’s reputation in the local community.

Who You Are

  • Friendly, approachable and flexible with your working days.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn about nuclear energy.
  • IT literate – competent use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
  • Physically fit – capable of standing, walking and moving on a busy site.

Details

  • Permanent, annualised contract – 8 or 16 hours per week. Specify your choice when applying.
  • Monday – Friday, but tours may require evenings, weekends, public holidays and additional hours.
  • Salary £29,074 pro rota.
