The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Team Manager to lead our team of Senior Account Executives within our Mid-Market Sales team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for growing sales across fixed-price electricity and gas, alongside Metering and Net Zero Solutions by building strong relationships with our network of Energy Consultants.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role demands a strategic leader with a proven background in sales management and a strong understanding of the energy sector. You’ll coach and develop a high-performing sales team, focusing on delivering high-value renewals and securing new business in the Mid-Market segment. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving performance to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Managing relationships with external Energy Consultants to position EDF as a preferred supplier.
- Championing best practices for commercial outcomes, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Leading the team through transformation, including CRM adoption, data integrity, and reporting.
- Representing EDF at industry events and client meetings.
