The Opportunity

As the Enterprise Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy and ensuring the delivery of features and capabilities for platforms of several interrelated products that deliver customer value. The focus of the role is to ensure performance of these platforms in an enterprise‑wide and strategic context.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and manage baseline service requirements in the EIT Service Catalogue.
  • Support the tendering, contracting and onboarding of third‑party service providers.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal clients and service‑related matters.
  • Guide third‑party providers through EDF processes to ensure effective delivery.
  • Manage service performance, resolve issues and escalates when needed.
  • Identify and mitigate service risks to maintain continuity.
  • Lead service improvement projects and ensure alignment with agile delivery frameworks.
  • Oversee budgets, forecast spend and manage supplier charges.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs and licensing to ensure quality, compliance and cost efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Lead EDFs Operational Resilience planning and prepare for recovery in the event of a serious disruption in service.

  • Proven project management and organisational abilities.

Pay, Benefits and Culture

Salary starts from £67,000 (negotiable depending on experience) with potential for a 10% bonus, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and a market‑leading pension scheme.
