Role Overview

We’re hiring a strategic Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery of the Service Now platform, with particular accountability for the enterprise products and capabilities supporting IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management of the Service Now platform and associated ITOM and ITAM products.
  • Act as the technology product leader for Service Now, ensuring the platform delivers maximum business value, operational efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate a compelling product vision and align diverse teams around shared outcomes.
  • Collaborative and decisive leadership experience defining product strategies, shaping roadmaps, prioritising investment and driving value realisation.
  • Security Clearance (SC) and British residency for the last five years.
