Serve as the referent authority for PLOD/PLOW reporting, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Develop and implement strategies for project completion, ensuring proper planning and resource allocation.
Monitor progress to ensure that handover deadlines are met and that client and stakeholder expectations are achieved.
Approve timesheets, ensuring accurate tracking of labor and project hours.
Follow the KPI, for the NCR opening versus closure Produce the End of Intervention report.
