Vos missions :
- Missions principales :
- Planifier les besoins en inspecteurs en fonction de l’avancement des travaux
- Réaliser et/ou superviser les opérations de contrôle non destructif (CND) sous-traitées sur site
- Rédiger et valider les rapports d’essais et d’inspection
- Assurer le suivi technique des contrôles CND (analyse des radiographies, conformité aux procédures, exhaustivité des contrôles réalisés, etc.)
- Garantir, en lien avec la logistique du site, la disponibilité et la gestion des équipements d’inspection
- Suivi & coordination :
- Participer aux réunions internes hebdomadaires de suivi d’avancement (EM2)
- Produire un reporting hebdomadaire à destination du siège (suivi des activités et gestion des problématiques)
- Examiner et valider les documents techniques produits ou modifiés par l’équipe Méthodes sur site
- Veiller à la bonne mise à jour des documents de suivi des travaux par les équipes terrain
- S’assurer de la transmission des notifications aux organismes de contrôle (clients)
- Qualité & conformité :
- Contribuer à la réception des équipements, matériels et consommables
- Participer à la validation des plans qualité (pré-acceptation)
- Appuyer l’ouverture et le traitement des non-conformités, écarts et observations
- Assister les équipes Méthodes dans la constitution des dossiers de fin de travaux
- Collecter et structurer les documents garantissant la conformité des réalisations (dossiers de suivi, enregistrements, validations internes/externes)
- Valider les autorisations de bétonnage avant émission
- Amélioration continue & gestion :
- Capitaliser le retour d’expérience pour optimiser les opérations de montage
- Assurer la gestion et le suivi des équipements et instruments étalonnés
- Encadrer les équipes mises à disposition et assurer le suivi contractuel des sous-traitants CND
