Gérer le parc d’outils étalonnés sur le site HPC, incluant :
- Gérer la sortie des outils, en assurant une saisie précise des données, y compris le FUD et les numéros d’opération pour une traçabilité complète.
- Maintenir à jour les enregistrements de tous les outils délivrés et des certificats associés.
- Effectuer des inventaires réguliers pour garantir la disponibilité des outils.
- Organiser les outils de manière systématique sur des racks pour un accès efficace et un contrôle optimal des stocks.
- Constituer des lots d’outils afin de garantir la disponibilité permanente d’outils étalonnés en quantité suffisante.
- S’assurer que tous les outils défaillants ou non étalonnés sont stockés de manière sécurisée et clairement étiquetés avec des autocollants « non étalonné ».
- Tester les clés dynamométriques et compléter la documentation préalable à leur mise à disposition.
- Collecter les outils nécessitant un réétalonnage et coordonner leur expédition ainsi que la mise à jour de la documentation.
- Informer les équipes concernées de tout outil défaillant et retracer les utilisations précédentes.
- Conserver des copies des certificats d’étalonnage et les fournir lors de la sortie des outils.
- Créer et attribuer des numéros 98 pour les nouveaux outils achetés.
- Assurer la liaison avec Trescal/Chalon et les autres prestataires d’étalonnage concernant les questions et anomalies.
- Enregistrer et mettre à jour toutes les informations d’étalonnage dans les bases de données Coswin et Excel.
- À la réception des outils étalonnés, vérifier l’exactitude et la complétude des certificats.
- Créer la fiche Coswin pour chaque outil.
- Appliquer les autocollants d’étalonnage appropriés (verts/or).
- Enregistrer les outils défaillants ou mis au rebut et s’assurer que Coswin est mis à jour en conséquence.
- Accompagner le chauffeur Trescal du South Plaza jusqu’au bâtiment HHA et inversement.
- S’assurer que tous les outils figurant sur la liste de colisage consolidée Trescal sont présents lors du retour après étalonnage.
- Distribuer les certificats d’étalonnage aux départements qualité et surveillance sur demande.
