Location: Weston‑Super‑Mare (may require occasional travel to Hinkley Point C Construction Site and other associated developments)
Hours: Average 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off based on a 12 hour shift pattern rotating through days, nights and weekends
Pay rate: £16.28 per hour
You must hold a valid frontline SIA licence and a full UK manual driving licence to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Comply with all Health & Safety procedures as set by our client and G4S
- Deploy on task as set by the supervisor
- Conduct duties at the Site Main Entry Point
- Carry out search procedures on vehicles and personnel
- Conduct high visibility patrols (foot & mobile)
- Operate Proof of Presence system
- Respond to security incidents and assist in the coordination of follow‑up activities
- Produce incident reports
- Liaise with Emergency services
- Operate, maintain equipment and report equipment failures/faults
- Deliver the highest standards of customer and employee care
- Ability to pass and hold National Security Clearance vetting
- A current valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) Licence
- UK Driving Licence is essential
- Able to produce a five year verifiable work history
