Main Duties

  • Plan and organise all internal and external training requirements
  • Provide guidance and support on training queries
  • Issue accurate joining instructions for training programmes
  • Ensure training resources are in place and available
  • Upload completed training certificates to the learning management system
  • Create and maintain training records
  • Produce audit data (e.g., via Skillstation) when required
  • Support client audits and provide required information
  • Monitor compliance, reporting and expiry of training/competencies
  • Provide training data to stakeholders as needed
  • Develop training plans to address competency gaps
  • Support sourcing of training programmes with the training team
  • Build relationships with training providers
  • Raise purchase orders for training as required
  • Handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately
  • Liaise with partner organisations to maintain accurate training records

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience coordinating high volumes of training
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) with ability to learn new systems
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
