As the sole Support Services Administrator onsite, you will play a key role in establishing and operating Turnbull offices at Sizewell C, supporting staff and managers with general administration and office management tasks.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day‑to‑day running of the office, including ordering stationery and managing desk/parking trackers
- Scan and upload records to Share Point
- Arrange meetings by scheduling times, booking rooms, planning refreshments, and preparing documentation
- Handle correspondence via the joint admin inbox
- Draft, format and print documents to support the team
- Administer bespoke CRM systems for a variety of requests
- Maintain accurate records of data
- Support the wider team with ad‑hoc administrative requests
- Support local events, including managing merchandise
- Handle logistical and operational requests, such as fuel card management and vehicle maintenance requests
- Assist the Social Media Specialist with ad‑hoc requests and content creation
- Coordinate with different teams and balance priorities to ensure smooth delivery of the contract
- Occasionally travel to the South West for training and team‑building activities
