- Industry expertise within construction and civil engineering.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams on projects and working within regulated environments.
- Management skills: supervising Tier 1 contractors.
- Leadership capabilities: inspiring teams, resolving complex issues, and fostering collaboration.
- Technical knowledge: familiarity with construction methodologies, CDM Regulations, and earned value management tools.
- Strong communication: excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
