We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our growing Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This flexible part-time role offers the opportunity to work any 3 long days between Monday and Friday or 5 short days, making it ideal for someone seeking work-life balance while contributing to a busy and supportive finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Recording financial transactions and posting journals using Sage
- Raising purchase orders and processing supplier invoices
- Posting weekly payroll information and company expenses

- Processing BACS payment runs and reconciling bank accounts
- Supporting month-end reporting and client payment applications
