Shift Pattern: Hybrid working.
- Week 1 based at HPC: 07:00 - 15:00 Monday - Thursday, 07:00 - 14:00 Friday.
- Week 2 based at home: 11:00 - 19:00 Monday - Thursday, 11:00 - 18:00 Friday.

General Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Fulcrum mailbox and reply to all correspondence.
- Create Fulcrum bookings, approve and coordinate vehicle movements and material requirements to support several WJ departments.
- Liaise with WJ ground crews to ensure platform updates, delays, cancellations and contractor interfaces are communicated to relevant parties.
- Compile accurate daily reports and forward to relevant departments and contractors.
- Attend daily meetings as allocated by management.
- Follow the escalation process when required.
- Ensure all records are updated.
- Undertake any other work as directed by the Scheduling Manager or Team Leader.
Scheduling & DMS Responsibilities:
- Monitor multiple mailboxes and reply to all correspondence.
- Process external delivery requests in accordance with NNB policies and forward delivery confirmation and instructions to relevant parties.
- Create Visitor bookings for drivers/personnel in accordance with NNB policy.
- Coordinate external deliveries ensuring all resources are in place to receive deliveries and notify of delays to the delivery schedule.
- Support contractors in achieving efficient distribution operations at HPC.
- Ensure daily schedules are correct and implement changes according to work streams.
- Compile daily delivery schedule, ensuring all information is correct and send to relevant personnel and departments.
Qualifications:
- CITB Operative H&S test (must be completed before the start date).
Experience:
- Previous experience using Delivery Management Systems.
- Working within a construction site.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Good IT skills and understanding of booking software.
- Ability to think and act quickly under pressure.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work with other internal processes and systems.
