Reporting Analyst

Sizewell C – London (hybrid) with travel to Suffolk.

Contract: Permanent, full-time.

Salary: £56,000k - £66,000k, dependent on experience, plus benefits.

About the Role

Responsible for producing accurate, timely, and insightful reports that support project controls, programme delivery, and strategic decision‑making across the project. Work closely with project managers, planners, commercial teams, and senior stakeholders to transform complex project data into meaningful management information, monitor performance, identify trends, and support informed decision‑making.

About You

  • Experience in a Reporting Analyst, PMO Analyst, Project Controls, or Business Intelligence role.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
  • Experience using Power BI to develop dashboards and visualisations.
  • Knowledge of project reporting within large infrastructure, engineering, construction, or energy environments.
  • Ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
