Overview

As Planning Support Coordinator, you\'ll provide vital support to the Post CS2 Programme Manager, helping to ensure delivery with precision, agility, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and maintaining momentum across programme workstreams.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of communication strategies, reports, and briefings.
  • Helping manage and analyse project schedules, identify risks, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Maintaining alignment between multiple stakeholders, teams, and data sources.
  • Taking ownership of key administrative and coordination activities - and leading on sub-projects as you grow in the role.
  • This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you\'ll be at the heart of one of the UK\'s largest and most complex engineering projects.

Profile

You\'re a natural organiser who enjoys keeping things running smoothly. You bring structure and clarity to busy environments and can confidently manage competing priorities. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience supporting projects or programmes in complex or regulated environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) - experience with Power BI or database tools is an advantage. A proactive mindset, with the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively. Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solution-focused. You don\'t need to be an engineer - what matters most is your ability to coordinate effectively, communicate clearly, and keep the programme moving forward.
