The Opportunity
As a Sector Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping businesses transition towards An Electric Britain. You will lead a high-performing team, manage key accounts, and deliver innovative energy solutions that support a low-carbon future.
Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this is a hybrid role based at our Exeter or Central London office a couple of times a week. There will be regular visits to our customer or TPI offices and the flexibility to work from home the rest of the time.

Who You Are
We are looking for a Sector Manager who thrives in a dynamic, performance-focused environment. To be shortlisted, you need to offer:
- Proven track record of leading a sales or account management team within the UK energy industry - ideally electricity supply to large business customers
- Strong understanding of energy markets, contract structures (fixed, flexible and pass-through) and risk management principles
- Demonstrable success in negotiating complex commercial agreements and achieving ambitious sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven and customer-centric approach
