Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: £30,127-38,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus: 5% annual incentive
  • Pension: Up to 7.5% employee / 15% employer contribution

Key Responsibilities

  • Divisional / Departmental support.
  • Provide high level administrative support to the head of commercial.
  • Manage complex diary and email, prepare briefs and presentations, coordinate cross‑departmental communications and ensure smooth daily operations of the divisional office.
  • Assist the secretariat for monthly Commercial Approval.
  • Assist the secretariat for the bimonthly Commercial Approval Committee (CODEM) – collate and distribute papers, ensure correct authorisations, record minutes and actions, and follow up on decisions; act as deputy secretariat for CODEM.
  • Provide support to assurance, audit, and regulatory compliance activities – prepare documentation for audits, maintain registers for risk, actions, deadlines, and compile evidence for internal/external reviews.
  • Maintain and build relationships with key contacts and stakeholders, and keep confidentiality of all commercial and personal information.
  • Maintain data/records for easy access; arrange meetings, booking of rooms, travel, accommodation, pool/hire vehicles and hospitality as needed.
  • Create presentations and reports for the wider team; support document management lead for transfer of information.
  • Interface with other teams across the SZC Project, such as Finance, Supply Chain and Site delivery.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Comfortable talking to a wide range of people at many levels in a large organisation.

Other Details

  • Location can be based in London or hybrid with routine trips to London and occasional visits to Site.
  • Full‑time 37 hours per week.
  • Laptop will be provided.
  • Requires BPSS security vetting.
