Our HR Apprenticeship is one of the most exciting HR apprenticeship opportunities in the UK. We are offering a starting salary of circa £25,000 per annum and the chance to achieve a Level 5 HR Consultancy Apprenticeship and a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management. This 24-month programme combines practical experience with structured learning, giving you insight into HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Your training will be delivered remotely by Avado Learning, alongside on-the-job experience at EDF locations. You’ll play a part in EDF’s mission to drive the transition towards An Electric Britain.
You’ll be based at Sizewell B Power Station with remote learning provided by Avado Learning. Travel between locations may be required, giving you exposure to different teams and projects across EDF.

Who You Are:
To be eligible for this EDF apprenticeship programme, you need a minimum of five GCSEs at grade C/4 or above (including Maths and English), plus two A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification. You’ll bring curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people succeed.
Security Vetting:
To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will ordinarily require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years.
