Salary: Circa £80,000 + up to 10% bonus and extensive benefits including:

About the role
This is a high impact role within the treasury and finance function. You will take ownership of insurance across construction delivery and corporate risk.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the design, placement and management of insurance programmes across construction and corporate risks
- Manage relationships with brokers, insurers and advisors including market negotiations
- Oversee claims management including complex and high value claims from site
- Review contracts and ensure suppliers and contractors meet insurance requirements
- Support and guide stakeholders across the business on insurance matters
- Present updates and insights to senior leadership
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience in insurance within construction energy, mega projects, or large scale asset environments
- Experience placing and managing complex insurance programmes
- Proven capability managing claims and working with insurers and brokers
- Confidence reviewing contracts and working with suppliers on insurance requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable presenting and influencing at senior level
Qualifications:
- CII qualification is essential
- A relevant degree is preferred
