EDF Energy is looking for an Investigations Manager – Employee Relations to join the People team at Hinkley Point C. The successful candidate will manage workplace investigations covering matters such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and conduct cases in a unionised environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation
  • Preparing investigation reports
  • Supporting improvements to case management processes

Candidates should have relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and be competent in using Microsoft Office.
