Your work will help us turn that ambition into action - delivering renewable energy solutions that will power homes, businesses and communities for generations to come.

As Insurance Manager, you'll play a key role in managing risk across the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects. Your expertise will help safeguard investments, support commercial decision-making, and enable the successful delivery of infrastructure critical to a net zero future.

The Opportunity: As Insurance Manager, you'll lead and influence insurance activities across a growing portfolio of onshore wind, offshore wind, solar and battery storage projects. Working closely with the Head of Insurance, you'll provide expert advice on risk transfer, claims management, insurance placement, and contractual insurance requirements throughout development, construction and operational phases.

Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this hybrid role can be based from our offices in Edinburgh, London or Durham. Flexible home working arrangements are available, with travel required for meetings and stakeholder engagement as needed across the UK and occasionally overseas. You’ll work with senior stakeholders, project teams, brokers and shareholders to help deliver value while managing risk effectively.

This is an opportunity to make a visible impact across a complex renewable energy portfolio while building your expertise within one of the UK and Ireland's leading renewable energy businesses.
