What you’ll be doing
Your primary role as a Central Evaluator will include:

Developing insights to influence senior leaders to take action to improve performance and compliance issues in Central Support Functions (CSF) and across the nuclear fleet.

Leading surveillance teams across the stations and CSF to provide effective oversight in the topics you lead.

Managing multiple streams of unrelated work to provide oversight in topics of expertise.

Providing an interface with external regulators and the organisation.

Building a network across the fleet and central organisation of leaders to support successful delivery of difficult messages.

Leading or supporting other regulatory activities across the fleet and central functions.

An INA Central Evaluator is someone who is experienced at thinking independently, developing insights and influencing the organisation at all levels. You must be able to deliver hard messages in a way that causes the organisation to take action. Additionally, experience working with a regulatory agency is an advantage.
You must have experience with organisational capability management through Human Resources, Management of Change, Leadership Development or Performance Improvement (Training or Organisational Learning) in a regulated industry. Ideally, you will have led or been a key member of an organisational change in a large technical organisation.
Alongside a salary ranging from £77,805 – £107,015 in line with the Nuclear Collective Agreement terms and conditions, you will also receive a market-leading pension scheme and a package including a range of benefits, from the big and formal to the small and personal.
