The Opportunity

Nuclear Services is a specialist technical area, and we bring together technical capabilities to support the Hinkley Point C (HPC) and Sizewell C (SZC) nuclear new build projects and the existing Nuclear Operations licensees. As an HR Partner, you’ll play a key role in delivering our people strategy across Nuclear Services. You’ll work closely with leaders and teams to drive initiatives that support organisational capability, talent development, and cultural transformation. From coaching managers to leading on workforce planning and diversity, your work will help shape a high-performing, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

The salary range associated with this role is around £35,000 per annum. What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering our people plan, working across Nuclear Services to ensure our teams are supported, empowered, and set up for success. You’ll lead on key HR deliverables, from organisational capability assessments to strategic workforce planning, helping us identify and manage risks while building resilience. You’ll collaborate with Centres of Excellence and Employee Services to provide seamless, end-to-end HR support. Whether it’s driving initiatives in learning and development, wellbeing, or diversity, or coaching leaders through change, your work will have a lasting impact on our people and culture. Using tools like PowerBI, Anaplan, and Tableau, you’ll turn data into actionable insights, helping shape decisions and drive continuous improvement. You’ll also create toolkits, deliver masterclasses, and guide managers through best practices to embed effective ways of working across the business.
