Job Responsibilities
- Provide emergency response to trauma and medical incidents across site
- Support the Medical Treatment Centre with assessment, treatment, and management of patients
- Deliver high-quality urgent care, including minor injury management and wound care
- Maintain clinical readiness and preparedness in a low-volume but high-risk environment
- Assume lead responsibility during night shifts and when the Clinical Lead is not on site
- Work collaboratively with the on-site security team to support emergency response training and exercises
- Contribute to site-wide emergency planning and preparedness
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure adherence to clinical governance standards
- Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and wellbeing across site
Qualifications
- Paramedic Science Degree
- HCPC Registration
Experience
- Proven experience in emergency or pre-hospital care
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience managing trauma and medical emergencies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
