Job Responsibilities

  • Provide emergency response to trauma and medical incidents across site
  • Support the Medical Treatment Centre with assessment, treatment, and management of patients
  • Deliver high-quality urgent care, including minor injury management and wound care
  • Maintain clinical readiness and preparedness in a low-volume but high-risk environment
  • Assume lead responsibility during night shifts and when the Clinical Lead is not on site
  • Work collaboratively with the on-site security team to support emergency response training and exercises
  • Contribute to site-wide emergency planning and preparedness
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure adherence to clinical governance standards
  • Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and wellbeing across site

Qualifications

  • Paramedic Science Degree
  • HCPC Registration

Experience

  • Proven experience in emergency or pre-hospital care
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
  • Experience managing trauma and medical emergencies
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
