- Working hours - New Technician (37hrs) plus overtime is available.

What you'll do
- Become a Multi-Skilled Authorised Technician under the EDFR Wind Turbine Safety Rules working on one or more Wind Turbine Variants.
- Opportunity to become a High Voltage Single Feed Senior Authorised Person under EDFR E&M Safety Rules.
- Undertake Major Component (Gearbox, Generator, Transformer etc) Replacements.
- Complex fault finding and repair on Electrical, Hydraulic and Convertor Systems both remotely and at the Wind Turbine.
- Complete Scheduled Maintenance to high standards and take pride of the assets that you maintain.
- Complete internal & external technical and safety training to develop your skills.
- Typically work in a two-person working party within a supportive team environment.

Who are you
- Physically fit, safety-focused, and love hands-on work.
- Capable of working at height (within and outside the turbine) and in exposed and remote locations.
- Enthusiastic about green energy.
What skills do you need
- You’ll be a skilled engineer with great electrical maintenance experience, having worked on three phase systems or heavy plant electrical.
- Previous experience on wind farms is beneficial, but not essential. We can train you to multi-skill.
Location: Goole service centre - Goole, East Yorkshire, DN14 6XL. For this role, you will generally be located within 45 minutes of the site and have a full UK drivers licence.
