In this role, you’ll lead across cyber operations and threat intelligence, be a key part of the incident response capability and engage with our Security Operations Centre ensuring our nuclear businesses stay resilient against evolving risks. You’ll also shape awareness and training across the organisation, helping colleagues understand the cyber threat, associated risk and how to manage it. From engaging with regulators to building strong partnerships, your work will strengthen trust, performance and long-term security. This is a hybrid role where our teams are present for 2-3 days a week at Gloucester Business Park, with the expectation you may join our nuclear emergency scheme and therefore need to live within a one-hour commute of this office. There will be the need to travel periodically to our nuclear sites.

  • Building stakeholder relationships across technical teams, regulators and external partners

To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Clearance (SC), which will, ordinarily, require you to have British residency for the last five years.

  • Coordinating incident response supporting the incident response team and acting as a key link during major events
  • Managing the cyber threat intelligence service to inform risk and decision‑making
