Required Skills
- Deep knowledge of fire safety legislation and regulation management.
- Proven experience in fire safety risk assessments and audits within commercial or construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of general fire safety arrangements, systems, and roles.
- Ability to interpret and address process fire risks, including DSEAR considerations.
- Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Skilled in analysing complex problems and recommending practical solutions.
Preferred Education and Experience
- NEBOSH Fire Safety & Risk Management Certification or equivalent.
- Degree or diploma level education or relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrable success in fire safety risk assessments, audits, and compliance within construction or commercial sectors.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to stay current with industry regulations, best practices, and ongoing training.
- Self-motivation and proactive work ethic to support incident investigations and continuous improvement efforts.
