The Opportunity
As an Agent Relationship Manager, you’ll play a central role in our Collections function, overseeing the performance of our external service partners and supporting our journey towards An Electric Britain. Your work will help strengthen operational quality, improve customer outcomes and manage essential cost and performance controls. You’ll join us on a starting salary of £44,800 per annum, with the flexibility of a hybrid approach. Your contractual location will be Gadeon House in Exeter, giving you a balance of focused home working and valuable collaboration time with the team. You’ll help optimise partner performance and compliance, contribute to high-quality financial governance and lead improvements that shape how we manage service delivery. Who You Are
We’re looking for an Agent Relationship Manager who brings strong commercial awareness, confidence in performance management and proven experience leading external service providers in regulated settings. To be shortlisted, you need to offer:
- Experience managing external service providers in a regulated operational environment
- Strong commercial and financial acumen including budget oversight and cost control
- Proven ability to drive performance improvement and manage service level delivery

- Managing third-party debt recovery, litigation, insolvency and field service providers

- Leading an internal team supporting query resolution and workflow management
