Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the response to trauma and medical emergencies across site
- Support clinicians within the Medical Treatment Centre
- Assist with patient assessment, basic care, and treatment delivery
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and clinical areas to a high standard
- Ensure readiness of emergency equipment and supplies
- Support patient movement and handling where required
- Work collaboratively with site teams to support emergency preparedness
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to clinical governance standards
- Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and wellbeing across site
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and proactive Emergency Care Assistant who works well within a team and remains calm under pressure.
You will be required to have:
- FREC4 qualification (or equivalent)
- Blue light driving qualification
- A full UK manual driving licence
You will ideally have:
- Experience in emergency, ambulance, or healthcare settings
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to support clinicians effectively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
