Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the response to trauma and medical emergencies across site
  • Support clinicians within the Medical Treatment Centre
  • Assist with patient assessment, basic care, and treatment delivery
  • Maintain equipment, vehicles, and clinical areas to a high standard
  • Ensure readiness of emergency equipment and supplies
  • Support patient movement and handling where required
  • Work collaboratively with site teams to support emergency preparedness
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to clinical governance standards
  • Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and wellbeing across site

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and proactive Emergency Care Assistant who works well within a team and remains calm under pressure.

You will be required to have:

  • FREC4 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Blue light driving qualification
  • A full UK manual driving licence

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in emergency, ambulance, or healthcare settings
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to support clinicians effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
