Main Duties
- Oversee all environmental, health and safety (EHS) activities within the turbine hall.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and site procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to site teams on health and safety standards.
- Report and manage incidents, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Liaise with stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture across site operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver updates to management teams.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and company safety requirements at all times.
Requirements
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) - foundational qualification.
- CSCS Card (appropriate level for site access).
- IOSH Membership (at least Tech IOSH level, demonstrating professional competence).
- Hands‑on major project or infrastructure experience, preferably in power generation, nuclear, or heavy engineering.
- Strong familiarity with UK health and safety legislation and standards.
For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
