To coordinate the compliance requirements of all blue and white collar workforce. Coordinate the compliance of existing resource (promotions) and new starters ensuring they are compliant in line with the Client Matrix.
Accountabilities
- Responsible for coordinating and ensuring that new start candidates have all necessary competency and qualifications in line with the Client Matrix for their pre-determined start date.
- Responsible for coordinating and ensuring that existing candidate internal movements (promotions) meet the requirements competency and qualifications as defined in Client Matrix.
- Working with the MEH Onboarding Team for all new start candidate details and start dates.
- Feeding back the status once the competency and qualifications have been assessed.
- Assisting the Competency and Qualification Advisor with new roles not specified on the Matrix and the requirements as per the SME’s advisement, working closely with the client to resolve.
- Assisting with client audits as and when required.
- Coordinating the transfer of certifications and documentation from the Delivery Partners.
- Ensuring all new starters are compliant with competency and qualification requirements.
- Ensuring that all documentation is stored accurately and consistently.
- Chasing up any outstanding information as necessary.
- Coordination of information to the relevant teams.
- Achieving on time/on schedule recruitment dates in line with the demand.
