Main Duties
- Thorough analysis and system checking of processes/workflows that ensure the SAP system meets the defined requirements.
- Label creation from SAP database as required by Project managers.
- Update Main App to get crate inventory data on a weekly basis.
- Integrate multiple SAP extracts into Main App.
- Work alongside the Material Data Coordinator to identify obsolete SAP data and rectify accordingly to ensure data standards are maintained to promote integrity, reliability, and efficiency of the system.
- Support Back office Logistic Team for creation of Outbound delivery and issues related to handling units.
- Assist with the User Acceptance Test (UAT) of new released SAP modules prior to implementation and ultimate deployment to the business.
- Understand the business practices and procedures, which will be used to design, develop, and maintain workflow processes.
- Collaborate with all SAP users to assess current and future information needs for the business.
- Create Purchase Orders and Stock Transport Orders (STO) till the point of consumption by Operations.
- Support Warehouse related SAP functionality and assist Warehouse manager and Site SAP Transformation manager to work upon system backlog.
