The Technical Clerk provides vital clerical and technical support to the QA surveillance teams with key responsibilities for raising tracking and ensuring quality documentation is effectively compiled and controlled.
- Compile and manage Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission in line with project requirements.
- Upload, distribute, and manage quality documentation including FUDs, surveillance plans, inspection reports, and relevant technical records.
- Assist in the management and tracking of RFIs (Requests for Information), FCRs (Field Change Requests), and NCRs (Non‑Conformance Reports).
- Update and maintain traceability trackers for materials, welds, and quality records, ensuring robust document and data control.
- Assist in the tracking of inspection outcomes, including findings, corrective actions, and close‑out.
- Provide clerical support including document formatting, filing, version control, and archiving of surveillance‑related records.
- Act as a point of contact for general enquiries regarding the surveillance programme and documentation.
- Any other reasonable activities as requested by the line manager.
Qualifications: CCNSG required.
Experience: Previous experience in the similar field.
