Installation Electricians – Hinkley Point C (Crown House Technologies)

Crown House Technologies (CHt), part of the wider Laing O'Rourke family, is seeking qualified Installation Electricians/Approved Installation Electricians to join Hinkley Point C.

This role involves installing, testing, and commissioning electrical systems while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance within a major nuclear construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain electrical containment, wiring, lighting, and power systems.
  • Test, inspect, and commission electrical installations to ensure compliance and performance.
  • Work safely in accordance with BS 7671, site procedures, and nuclear quality standards.
  • Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and installation documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams and other trades to deliver efficient project outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records, test results, and installation documentation.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, safety-focused team culture.
  • Identify and resolve installation issues while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
  • ECS Gold Card.
  • AM2, FICA.
  • CCNSG/ECS Health & Safety qualification.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork within a major construction project environment.
